Invaluable in any workshop, the Industrial Stripworker is a compact handtool that will perform 5 different functions with strip metal. As effective on-site as in the workshop, the unit features a tilt and swivel base and reversible handle, allowing it to be utilised for a wide variety of tasks from a single operating position.
With its precision design and robust construction, the Stripworker is ideal for repetitive production work, and its reliability and versatility make it an outstandingly cost-effective choice.

Operating in the upright position, the Stripworker can cut Hot Rolled Mild Steel Bar to length rapidly and neatly.
An adjustable length stop is provided for repetitive cutting operations.

The Stripworker comes complete with a standard Punch & Die set for creating 3/16" (5mm) holes, and sets for 1/8" (3mm) and 1/4" (6mm) holes are available.
An adjustable platform is mounted beside the punchblock, allowing the distance from the punched hole to the edge of the bar to be set and maintained - an invaluable feature when holes on adjacent bars must align.

The quick and convenient alternative to welding, riveting can be completed easily with the Stripworker - it's simply a matter of placing the cold rivet through aligned holes and squeezing it between rivet posts. With the Stripworker laid down, and all unnecessary components removed, the unit can be used for riveting at almost any point on larger, more complex fabrications.

With the Stripworker either upright or laid down, its double-angle former can bend steel bars to included angles of 60 degrees or 90 degrees. An adjustable stop is provided to permit the reproduction of any angle between 60 and 180 degrees accurately. For the bending of bars over 5mm thick the distance between the two side rollers can be increased, thus reducing the effort required.

The Stripworker
can be used, either upright or laid down, to roll constant radii, using the accompanying winding handle. The size of the radius is variable, being dependent on the position of this handle in relation to the two side rollers. This relationship can be easily adjusted via the main handle.

The Stripworker features a unique 3-way stop system which enables the operator to repeatedly cut bars to identical lengths, punch holes a set distance from the end of the bar or punch holes with a set distance centre-to-centre.
